Chestnut Festival – Kastanitsa
At the end of October, the beautiful traditional village of Kastanitsa on Mount Parnon celebrates the chestnut with a festival full of flavors and local traditions. With a history of over 40 years, this event offers an authentic experience of culture and hospitality.
“Melitzazz” Festival – Leonidio
Every July, Leonidio transforms itself into a vibrant cultural hub in honor of the famous Tsakonian eggplant. The “Melitzazz” Festival blends gastronomy with jazz and traditional music, along with exhibitions and workshops—attracting large crowds and showcasing the unique local identity of the Tsakonian region.
